I have a client that has been able to send remittances with no issue now all of a sudden they seem to be getting stuck ion the PM80950 table and not being sent out - any thoughts would be appreciated

We wnet thru the guide and email was working before but then they started getting hung up again -

Have you gone thru the GP e-mail troubleshooting guide ?

Could be that some credentials may have been changed and/or MFA was enabled on the server side..
