I'm facing this issue like i didn't delete the cases in D365 CRM dashboard and i can't find where to check this missing case and i'm a admin and have admin permission and i already find delete record and audit log view at power platform admin center but these cases are not found.
Most likely not deleted, just filtered out. Check view filters and routing (status/owner/queue). Also try Advanced Find without filters, you’ll probably find them there.
