We have a couple of emails being sent to customers from a queue that are tracked to the specific record. We are using the create email connector and not the outlook one because of more control this way.

Is there any way to format the emails with font, font size, color some lines in the email etc?

The example is a long email so i only put in the first part for reference.

This worked perfectly, thank you Naveen!

It worked by just adding that div to the top of the body and for example red lines or other row specific changes this worked: <p style="color:red">Text here.</p>

    Hello,

You can try these two options:

    1. One option is to use the HTML formatting options in the "Compose" action to change the font and font size of the email body. This can be done by adding the appropriate HTML tags and CSS styles to the email body. For example, you can add <div style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px"> in the beginning of the email body text.

    2. Another option is to use the "Convert HTML to PDF" action to convert the email to PDF format and then use the "Convert PDF to HTML" action to convert it back to HTML with the desired font and font size. This method allows you to use a different font and font size in the email. However, keep in mind that this approach has some limitation and depends on the exact format of the email and font.
