Business Process form fields vs New entity form fields

Hi all,

When customising the new Entity (eg Case) form, you can customise the properties of the field including - for lookup fields - the view to choose the appropriate records from.

How do customise the fields in the Business process form to match the new entity form? Specifically, how do I get the Business Process form to use the same view in the lookup?

Hi Do you mean to say your filtered lookup that you configure don your form is not working in your Business Process flow?

The fields in BPF are the same fields that are available on the form. It picks up the same properties.

Hi CRM,

Cannot use filtering attribute lookup in BPF, unfortunately.

You need to use custom code like you do for lookup in the form

dynamics-crm-consulting.blogspot.sg/.../filtering-lookup-attributes-in-business.html
