Hi guys,
I created a process to email an account manager when an account is assigned to them.
When I create an account as the account owner I receive the email no problem. However, since I activated the flow notification email is not sending. Error says in the process session: User does not have send-as privilege.
- I've checked the security roles and all have the function activated.
- I went to option --> Email in Dynamics and enable Allow other Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to send email on your behalf
Can someone help me understand why it's working for me but not other users in the CRM.
