Has anyone come across a customer requirement for Entitlement control on WO's?

OOB Entitlements are applied to Cases and Workorders. For cases, Allocation Type can be “Number of hours” and “Number of Cases”. The same allocation types are not available for Work Orders.

From what I know, currently there is only one option for allocation type for work orders - Discount % and Price List.

Hi Anthony, yes I realize that. we built a configuration that support Hours for Work Orders as well. I am wondering if this requirement comes up often, and why MS didn't include this.
