Hi, I have inserted the Inventory Field of the table Item in DroupDown Field Group. But When I am in sales line and I am selecting a item, the Inventory field is 0 in all records... What may happen? Thanks!

Re-compile Item table, and restart the client. You should be able to see that quantity if it really is there.

Flowfields will be auto calculated if you add them in Pages.
Dropdown list of Item table is ItemList page so please add Inventory field to item list page which should calculate and show in dropdown list.
You may need to add it on Item List Page to see the values as its a flow field.
