Unit price missing on sales order line

Dear colleagues,

 

Sales order was created through batch process.

Due to price of some items are missing, the sales order is now on-hold status.

Prices was set to items in Product Information Management and I’d like to know how these prices can be reflected to sales order lines.

Or it will be easier if price can be set directly to sales order lines.

 

Please kindly advice.

    Hi Hideaki ,

    As the Prices changed post sales order creation ,Prices will not be reflected on Sales order .you need to update manually now .

    For the orders already created, the price need to be updated manually. as you have set the price in the item master for the future order the price will flow from item master to sales order

    Hi Horri,

    Pl be advised, any change in master will not automatically updated in old transactions and this applies almost though out the application.

    In my point of view, batch should designed in way to give warning/error on SO creation if princes are missing.
