    how do you import the file, with which action?
    via windows client (RTC), web client, per code using a xmlport, .... ?

    what is the value for MaxUploadSize in CustomSettings.config? if it is too low, increase that value.

    Have you set the same thing in CustomSettings.config?

    If not please do it.

    <!--

    -->

     <add key="MaxUploadSize" value="20"></add>

    hi,

    as i wrote above it's needed to change this entry in the config file customsettings.config. you find it in the folder, where the nav service is installed, e.g. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70\Service. it's needed to open the file in admin mode to change it. there you find the key ClientServicesMaxUploadSize.

    in nav 2009 the key was named MaxUploadSize.
