I have many records which are validated, But the user didn't add the correct currency,
So, can I edit the value of these attributes ?
Another question, Is this an option to configure personal configurations of other users ?

As an administrator, can I modify the personal setting of my users ?
You can install the extension "Level up for Dynamics 365 " in your navigator (Google or Edge)
Then Just click in Get Mode as shown in this figure.
About your second question, Yes you can use the XRM toolbox (User setting utility)
