Disable Automatic Email Tracking in CRM for All Users

I am trying to figure out how to turn off automatic email tracking for our users. We've recently noted that internal emails are being tracked in our CRM. What settings do I need to turn off or change to prevent automatic emails from being tracked? Is there a way to do that for all users through the Power Platform Admin Center?

    The only setting we have turned on is "use correlation." I was informed that turning off the tracking settings entirely could break the system, so I decided to disable email tracking through the personalization settings in prod until we figure out how the emails are being tracked if users are not tracking them themselves.

    Yep, it's indeed possible.
    I'm used to do it from the old settings form, but you can also do it from PPAC: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/settings-email-tracking
