Hello everyone, I'm trying to create a WhatsApp channel on Dynamics Journeys to use Azure Communication Service as delivery broker.
I saw a couple third party solution samples but it seems should be good for Microsoft create a standalone solution to send whatsapp messages via ACS.
Anybody knows if Microsoft plans to include this feature on RTM Marketing Journeys? Or a negative information saying that this feature is not mapped for the next year.
I`m looking for a Product Roadmap to check if this planned wether should I develop the solution from scratch.
Microsoft has not officially announced native WhatsApp support in Dynamics 365 Marketing Journeys via Azure Communication Services (ACS). No ETA exists. Options Today: 1. Custom Dev: Use ACS WhatsApp API (preview) + middleware. 2. Third-Party: Partner solutions (Twilio, etc.).

If needed soon, build custom or use a third-party connector.
