I compared the Budget Control Statistics report for a given Dimension string and current FY compared to the Trial Balance of the same Dimension and current FY. In the Trial Balance I can see both the Debits and Credits, however in the Budget Control Statistics report Total Actual Expenditures, only the Debits are displayed. This gives a false budget report, which indicates a Dimension string budget could be completely consumed, when in fact there may exist credits that have returned money to that Dimension string.
Does anyone know why the Budget Control Statistics report Total Actual Expenditures column does not include Credits?
Turns out someone modified the BC Parameters and removed one of the budget models. Solved.
