Cost Prices Not Updating On Project

Hi All,

I have two queries, first, how does updating your cost price list affect current active projects?

Is it possible to see an updated cost price in an active project for a new role?

I have a number of active projects and for one project in particular we added a role to the project team.  

I then realized that the role wasn't listed in the cost price list but after I added it the costs were not showing in the actuals.

    Hi,

    I found out the issue here, so I had to push all of the time entries on the project back to draft and resubmit. After I did that and then reapproved the actuals started working, so I'm assuming the flow is that upon submission there is a role check and that doesn't happen again even after approval, so the lesson here is get your roles in your price lists before users start booking time.
