Hi,

Our system has recently been affected by a ransomware where all our data was encrypted. We managed to decrypt it and the data was retrieved back. The consultant company engaged suggest that we change to another server but they are having problem with the certificate. They mentioned that only one server can hold the certificate and they do not know how they could uninstall it from the current server and reinstall it on a new server. Can someone please help as the whole operation is hold due to this situation.

Thanks~

    Hi,

You may generate a new certificate and import in the required desktop machines.

You can generate another certificate in separate machine. That should not be an issue.

Refer following link, which gives you step by step guide to generate the certificates.

We bought the Dynamic Navision 2016 and was issued a digital certificate which we have to import when installing the system onto the desktop.
