    Hi,

You can go to the Customer Card, drill down to Balance field to see all open customer ledger entries. Then, change the filter for "Open" is No to Yes and set Document Type to "Invoice". This would give you a list of all customer's invoices that are fully paid (that is, "Open" filed has No value, and also "Remaining Amount" is zero).

Note here that you might have some invoices just partially paid, then they will have "Open" still as Yes, they will still have the Remaining Amount not zero, but will be partly applied to some payments. If you are interested of some of those, you can clear the "Open" filed filter at all and export the list of invoices to Excel. There, you can put formula which would deduct Remaining Amount from Amount field; where they are not zero, these are your invoices that are fully or partially paid.

    Hey Kamilia,

Whenever you want to seek information like this it's always the ledger entries where you need to hit like in this case it's Customer Ledger Entry, if it would be Vendor then Vendor Ledger Entries and so on.

Now the simplest way in your case is the way what Alexander suggested -

    1. Navigate to the respective customer.

    2. Open the Customer card.

    3. Drill down to the Balance Field.

Here whenever Open is checked means it's not paid(might be partially paid but still yet need to be paid), Now if this Open is turned off means all those Invoices has been completely paid and you will find Remaining amount 0.

    Hi Kamilia

You can Find Paid Invoice By Locating to The Customer Ledger Entries, you can go to customer ledger entry below mention 2 method and you can follow what is easy for you.

    1. Go to The Customer List select the customer you need  then right hand side Customer statistic Fact Box have Balance(LCY) field you can click on that it will go to Open Customer Ledger Entries(Unpaid & Partially Paid) when you click on the Filter you can see  Customer Filter and Open is Yes you can Select Open to No that will Give you all full Paid Transactions and if Need only invoice Just Add one more Filter Document Type is Invoice.

    2. When you car in the Customer List Page and after you elect the customer you want on the Top Ribbon you can Home Tab Ledger Entries if you can't see on ledger entries the go to Navigate Tab and Select Leger Entries This way you can see all the Entries of the Customer weather it is Open or Close and now you add one more filter Open and select the value No

Please Note if you select Open=No That means you are looking for the Fully Paid Transactions and if you need to check for the Partially Paid Transaction then you need to Look for the Original Amount Remaining Amount Fields and check weather two fields are having same value or not.

    Thanks

    Hi,

You may check the customer ledger entries, you may filter them using the Document Type as Invoice.

Go to customer ledger from card and check for entries where remaining amount is 0 or less than actual amount.  For details of applications select the entry and see applied to.

In case single payment for multiple invoices reverse the search,  find the payment entries and check application.
