What table(s) are Budgets stored in?

A user deleted a budget in Dynamics GP version 10.

Cards, Financial, Budgets

In the Budget Selection screen highlight the budget id, click open using Microsoft Dynamics GP.

The user mistakenly type over the description.  When prompted clicked delete.

What table(s) is the budget id and the budget id detail stored in?
