Different balances are showing in vendor balance report and balance on vendor aging report

Dear All,

Hope everyone are dong well.

I am facing the issue that two different balances are showing for same vendor on vendor balance window and same difference is showing vendor balance and vendor aging report.

On vendor balance window below are the two different balances that are showing:

And below are the reports that are showing different balances:

When I calculated the balance through vendor transaction manually then got balance 55940.00\=

Anyone have any idea about this ?

    Hi,

    the issue is the balance of your open transactions (47,412) does not equal all transactions sum (55940). you must find source transaction/transactions of this problem, then decide which amount is right and then adjust your settlements.

    Hi Rahat,

    Do you have a difference between your main ledger (GL) and your AP subledger?

    There are standard reconciliation reports available in GL and I wonder if they show a variance.

    I have checked with reconciliation report but didn't show any difference/variance.

    Hi Rahat,

    I see. At least this one seems to be fine.

    About the form and the amount difference: Can you have a developer taking a look into that? Probably check the available hotfixes on LCS first to ensure that this behavior is not the result of a system bug.
