CHANGE DEFAULT PAPER SIZE

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport
Posted on by

Hello!  We'd like to be able to change a default paper size setting on a report (account schedule) to Letter so we don't have to change it every time.  Is that possible in 2016 NAV?

Thanks,

Tara

    Hi Tara,

You need to open the report in designer mode ,go to layout and from report properties you can change the paper size from A4 to Letter.

Yes from Layout you can set the paper size, You will find this on Report Properties. Please ensure you have Report Properties selected on Properties.

In Visual Studio Report-> Report Properties.

In SQL Report Builder  View->Properties then make sure you have nothing/ no controls selected on the report.

Thank you, it worked on my workstation but not on the person who asked for it.  When I run the report the margins and paper size is how we want it. When he runs it, it's still running the report @ A4 size.  I went to the server and changed it directly from there but it's still printing wrong for him.  Is there something we need to do on his computer?
