Incoming emails to queue can take several minutes

One of the mailboxes we have setup as a queue can take several minutes to process emails and put them in the queue. Is this normal? Normally it can take up to 5 minutes or more to put an email in the queue in Dynamics.

    Hi Partner,

    If you mean you created a mailbox in Email Configuration and created a queue with this mailbox, it is normal.

    In D365, email synchronization occurs every 5 minutes.
