We want to use Customer Voice for getting feedback from our customers. I already created a survey which we want to send to our customers with different variables. The survey should contain the First Name, Last Name and the certain product number that varies. The surveys will be send to the customers by our product managers. We are currently working with a different program where it is possible to integrate the variables in the URL of the survey (example: www.survey/?firstname={max}&lastname={mustermann}&productid={1234}). In the current program every product manager can adjust the variables in the URL and the survey will change the variables in the survey. So far I only found out that you can create URL´s which lead you to the survey with the adjusted variables in customer voice. This would be far to complicated and take to much time for our product managers. Is it possible to adjust the variables in the URL like we do on our current program?
