Hello - on the Human Resources module of NAV, obviously you can enter qualifications, miscellaneous items etc with a from date and a to date. How can we get it to send us a reminder when a 'to' date is coming up, ie something needs renewing??

Great - thanks for this, however could you tell me a little more about creating a batch job and running it using Job Queue - I'm relatively new to NAV and haven't used these functions before?

Yes, you can create a batch job to check the conditions and send you the report.
and run it using Job Queue
I see - can the report be set to email to us or something like that automatically? for example once a month it could send a report of all those expiring in the next month?
There is no standard functionality available for this.
You have to create a report to check the info.
