Hi all,
I've added my form field to a "Quick Create Form" and it is only showing 2 options instead of 4 on the portal when published. This is also the case for the form which it is connected to.
However, the 4 options are showing perfectly fine in a sub-grid.
Not sure where the issue is..
Can someone help me? Would greatly be appreciated!

1. Clear your browser cache and try again.
2. Please check did you create any JS event to remove the option.

Try clearing the cache by following below steps -
Steps to clear portal server-side cache
To clear the server-side cache:
1. Sign in to the portal as an administrator.
2. Navigate to the URL as follows: <portal_path>/_services/about.
3. Select Clear Cache.

Try clearing cache or check the form changes in incognito browser.
Check if any JS events/ other controls are added to the field.
