Hi
i am trying to use the Field Service Information quote template but i don't understand why it only gives me write in option for Service lines to be added.
is there any simplified good resource out there which can help me to get my head round how to set it up?

It seems that Field Service Information entity form have restrictions on that, you can try to remove all customizations including JavaScript/business rules to confirm the behavior. If still not found, you can raise request to Microsoft using https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support because that can confirmed by Microsoft product team. Thank you.
