    Hi,

    The D365 FFO On-Premises workflow application had a hard-coded application ID of - "67ae0dc4-5f97-4c38-b132-65d38bbab8d1"

It should be registered in the ADFS Application Group for D365 under  "Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations On-premises - Workflow - Native application"

    Please see this example below:

Please check that. One other note is that if you have multiple environments, you may also have multiple application groups. In order for the workflow to work in all environments, you'll need to consolidate all the environment app registrations under a single application group as you can only have one workflow registered with that hard-coded app id.

    Hope that helps, Tom

    Hi Mohammed,

So, just to clarify, you only have one ADFS application group, with all you application registrations for all environments in there?

Is that is the case, then check the "Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations On-premises - Web API" (name may be different for each env, but it's going to be the Web API one) for each env. On the Client Permissions, ensure that the "Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations On-premises - Workflow - Native application" (again name might be different) has been given permissions as in my example screenshot below:

    pastedimage1580304227389v1.png

    It needs the following permissions:

    pastedimage1580304435502v1.png

Please let me know if that helps,

    Thanks, Tom
