It's possible qualify leads on field service?

Hi!

I am wanting to implement field service module.

In this module, is it possible to qualify potential customers and create opportunities without having to purchase the sales module?

    We have updated the licensing guide, in the latest version from June 2021 you will find that we enabled FS scenarios for Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Order including:

    - Technician capturing lead/opportunity while onsite performing a FS work order

    - Creating a quote for a customer while onsite doing an FS inspection

    So yes, a FS technician can create an opportunity.

    I think you would legally need Customer Service as well not just Field Service.

    Microsoft Field Service module can help finding more potencial customers and creating opportunities by its own way.

    Microsoft Field Service module is an excellent tool to engage with your current customers and gain costumer's insights by for example, sending personalized surveys after field service calls using Dynamics 365 Customer Voice. This information will tell you:

    • Current needs and trends of your costumer's industry (excellent insights for prospecting).
    • Will show xsell and upsell opportunities with your current clients so it means yo will be able to create new opportunities with current clients.

    Microsoft Field Service also is an excellent tool to increase loyalty with current clients and obtain insights that helps a lot in things like personalization, resolve cases faster, and more. Here you will find more info:
