Accessing Enterprise Portal through DMZ

Dear AX- Community,

first of all I saw already similar posts within this forum but no answer applied to my issue until now. I'm currently trying to get the AX2012 Enterprise Portal accesible for internal as well as for external users through our DMZ.

I am using two ways of authentification

Windows Authentication
Forms based Authentication

Since the EP is hosted in DMZ, none of both ways are working anymore..

My setup looks like described here under "configure traditional perimeter network"

Of course we opened all of the mentioned ports - but no success..

As soon as we open all ports from the DMZ to our internal network - it works again..

So it seems that something is missing..

Following system components would be accessible through our firewall configuration

AOS - through 8201 and 2712

AX DB - through 1433

and all other mentioned ports in the post regarding domain controller and DNS.

Interesting is that the authentication page is available but:

Windows Authentication - keeps consiquently asking the windows credentials
Froms based - ends up in an unexpected sharepoint error after typing in the credentials

So far I found nothing in the sharepoint eventlog which is correlating.

Please let me know in case I can provide more detailed information. I appriciate your help.
