Does local agent application start with a proxy server on for on premises implementation ?

HI Everyone,

we have a client that has a proxy server, and can not grant internet access without proxy! during installation of local agent application , it is failing , is there any way we can install local agent and proceed deployment from LCS using proxy server ?

Regarding LA installation failure, what's the specific error message? Is it pointing to the proxy server?

Actually, on-premises installation only requires a good Internet connection but didn't state much details if proxy is allowed or not. As long as you have the Internet connection from all machines (ORCH & AOS, ETC), you should be able to proceed. Again the specific error message you are facing matters.

Hi Mohammad,

Proxy connection can not execute the services from the LCS. Please allow internet connection without proxy server and also verify the psping the URL from the below troubleshoot URL.
