how to prevent copying regarding field to required attendees on Appointment?

when we create new Appointment from quick create form from Account, the required attendees field is filled by default. and it is the same with regarding. how to prevent filling of required attendees field?

    Hello,

    I don't think there is a specific setting you can change to disable that behavior.

    I would recommend writing a OnLoad JavaScript for Quick Create form that will check the list of required attendees and remove unwanted items from it.
