Good Afternoon

Has anyone run into an issue with Picklists not showing consistently In Excel? Once I open my spread sheet and connect to the Data connector. The picklists don't always show, especially for custom fields. The data doesn't consistently publish either. There are time when we're working in Talent without any issues, and other times the data won't publish.

Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciate.
