Hi All,
We are unable to find the Duties and Privileges for Reverse Transaction menu button:
Form name : LedgerTransAccount
but when we navigated in form design unable to see any of the menu button.
Please advise us how we can find this button in form design.

This button has been added in a form extension: LedgerTransAccount.Extension.
The menu item is called TransactionReversal_Ledger and it's referenced by a privilege of the same name.
