Create new APP based on the Omnichannel for Customer Service solution (mulitsession experience)

I need an unmanaged app with the Omnichannel multisession experience, session panel, application tab, productivity pane, etc. In other words a replica of Omnichannel for Customer Service app. 

If I use the out of the box Omnichannel for Customer Service App then everything is working as expected. 

But if I create a new app and use the classic experience, choose create from existing solution “omnichannel for customer service” and the same site map I get a complete replica but without the multi session experience. Session panel and application tab is not rendering and app looks like any model driven app. 

Does anyone know if this should work and how? If not - how can I develop any customization to the app if both app and sitemaps is managed.
