Hello,

I have some troubles sending new products to Shopify.

When I execute the function "Add Item" choosig a single item the program return this error

The Sales Header does not exist. Identification fields and values: Document Type='Quote',No.='IT'

IT is the code of Shop Card, as if the program tries to create a sales quote.

In the Shop Card I have specify Customer Template code with the following fields

How can I resolve this issue?

Best would be to enable your developer and debug the session or take debugger snapshot if in production and with SaaS.

If you are in version 20.0 then there might be several minor and medium bugs that has been resolved up until 20.4 hence I would recommend to move to that version.

If you cannot make it to have this resolved, ask your CSP partner or reseller to open a request to Microsoft support and we'll dig this deeper.
