So at my Company, we use the Outbound marketing/Real-time journeys event section to keep a record on event registrations for upcoming external events we have. But problem rises when we need our sales team to get access to those registrations to get access to the contacts information, and they only have access to the sales hub, and no expertise in the Outbound marketing.
Does anyone know away to go around this problem? Or any other suggestion on how you keep track of events?
have you considered adding the event and event registration table to the security role of your sales users and give them the read-only access? You could then add the table to the sales app or the contact form. Another option is to give the users the security rights to see the insights of the contact insights tab.
