Zetadocs Express for NAV 2015

Good day.

We have installed as per the installation guide but we get the following error when trying to open up a zetadocs activated page:

We have tried everything & redone the process on numerous occasions. We have done this implementation of Zeta many times and have never experienced this error.

Please could someone assist.

NAV version: W1 8.00 build 8.0.42951.0 -

zetadocs object version - ZDX7.0.380 10-17-14 04:00:00 PM

    try to remove the zetadocs objects from your database.

    then re-import them, restart the nav service, then try again.
