Dataverse Trigger für Event cancellation

Hello everyone,

I have a question. I need to create a Dataverse trigger that fires when an event is cancelled. Not the event regitration, but the whole event!

I’ve looked at the tables available for Dataverse triggers but can’t find a way to target the event table directly; I can only trigger based on event registrations. Is there anything specific I should keep in mind, or is there an alternative solution?

    For detecting when the entire Customer Insights – Journeys event is cancelled, don't use Event Registration.

    Use the Dataverse Event table:

    msevtmgt_event

    Configure Power Automate:

    Dataverse
    → When a row is added, modified or deleted
    → Change type: Modified
    → Table: Event

    Then check whether the event's status/state/cancellation field has changed to the cancelled value.
