Product Receipt - No Physical Cost in inventory transaction and SubLedger invoentory

Hi All

Greetings !

There is a product receipt which is posted and there is no physical cost amount in inventory transaction and subledger .

We check the trial balance there is an amount posted .

Also we noticed that in the voucher transaction there is no line for product recepit (item Group) account , but in the voucher transaction there is line for purchase expenditure uninvoiced (item Group) account .

could you please help out in figuring out the issue ?

Can you share all relevant screenshots, please? You talked about a posted amount in your accounting entries. I didn't see a screenshot for this. What settings do you have for this item on the item model group? Is it a service or physical item?

Hi Mohamed,

Your settings are correct. It may be related to the data entry on the purchase order or a bug. Have you seen this behavior for multiple purchases or is this the only one? Is the purchase order linked to a project or was the expense main account filled on the purchase order line? Was the Scrap field enabled on the PO line?

We have seen this behavior in Multiple purchases.

The purchase order is not linked to any project , but its linked to purchase requisition .

The Scrap field is not enabled on the PO line.

where can we see in the Purchase order expense main account filled on the purchase order line ?

Hi Mohamed,

A main account field is on the line details section on one of the tab pages.
