Zetadocs Express send and save with webclient addin

Hi,

We are using Zetadocs 6 on a NAV 2013 R2 database.

The RTC uses the Webclient addin factbox. So far so good. We can't use the Save and Send functionality in this setup. It states that Zetadocs isn't installed when testing it. Is this feature available in this setup ?

    did you follow the installation guide, chapter 3.3 ?

    Hi Jonathan,

    I used the standard documentation from Equisys. When I use the webclient addin factbox this problem occurs. I cannot use the save and send functionality. I also tried the full version of the Zetadocs client and with this client save and send works. 

    Does anaybody have any experience with the save and send functionality and teh webclient addin factbox ?

    Hi,

    Just received information from Equisys. The setup with the webclient addin factbox isn't supported in this version (6.1.xxx)

    This should be available in the upcoming version.
