How are you guys handling this? I'm wondering if there's any way of using a "workload account" instead a "batch job user" excluded from conditional access - it seems to me that MS did not prepare for this or an I way off here?
I'm new to Finance so if there's any other scenario where this could pose a problem please let me know, thanks :)
Do you have a batch job specific user and have a concern about authentication? You would need to auth to sign in when setting up the batch job, but once that'd done the batch job runs without any addition authentication. MFA shouldn't affect it once setup correctly. MFA can be enabled on the Admin account too, its required when signing in but it doesn't affect any other operations. Hope this helps.
