Hi,

Is there a way to report on Job Rules for Signing limit?

Ideally want to be able to view the employee - position - job - signing limit.

Thanks

    No fix as yet sorry.

Looking for data entity to pull job rules for signing limit if anyone knows of one please.  tried the ones that may seem "obvious".

    Hi Aussie,
Have you found a method to export / import via DMF or other means? I have a similar requirements to load the job rule if available. Thanks.

Thanks Hanna, we already have it configured and jobs assigned a singing limit, just finding it difficult to find a way to report on it with the Employee and Position details.  Only way I have found is to export each job rule from the front end which is not ideal.

Getting the data for custom report for this is tricky, have looked at data entities only but only seems to be related to the actual job policy.

    Hi,
For the job rule of signing limit, you can check the official documentationhttps://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamicsax-2012/appuser-itpro/setting-up-signing-limits, which mentions three pieces of content:
    1. Regarding the setting of signing limits (the steps involved in the process of configuring and activating signature limits are mentioned in this article)
    2. Manage signing limits policy (job rules can be created for signing limits, as shown in the screenshot)
    3. Set the signing limit parameters (can be set in the parameters as signature limit based on jobs, as shown in the screenshot)

You can check if there is a position configuration report, if not, you need to create a custom report to summarize and display employee-position-job-signing limits.
    Best Regards,
    Hana
