When I am in the Marketing email - Designer creating an email template, when I am done, I click Save and get the below error:
Access is Denied
You do no have enough privileges to access the Microsoft Dynamics 365 object or perform the requested operation.
Any help you can provide to resolve this issue is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Please check the privileges of your security role.
As you mentioned, you created the template from the designer of the marketing emails. It needs the privileges in the following image.
