Project category of the Project tab is not visible on the lines of the journal

Hi. I have the following issue:

On a general ledger with a project, I inserted the project category on the correspondent Project tab of each line and it goes well.

Now I need to see that project category on the lines too, so I add the column /project category/ but the information is not visible

Any idea if this is a system bug or if there is other explanation?

thanks in advance on any help with this issue

Hi,
Can you provide the path shown in the screenshot? To facilitate everyone to test your problem according to the path. Additionally, project categories can be set in Project Management & Accounting > Settings > Categories > Project Categories.

Hi: Just to clarify, I have all project categories configured, that is why I can select them on the journal as you can see in the image. This is a General Journal.

Step 1: User create the journal and add the lines. The ledger type Project is selected as offset account, so the project is selected and the project category is also selected on the Project tab.

Step 2: The user need to have a complete look of the categories on each line of the journal, so in the List tab he added the correpondent column using the "insert colums" functionallity.

The issue is that the project categories added on the Project tab are not been showed in this column.

Hi Silvia,

In my standard demo environment, I'm not able to find a field 'Category' to be added using the Insert columns feature. All the fields for the project-related details are not an option. Do you know if you have customizations in your environment?
