I want to add custom col in sharepoint associated Grid in custom entity form.
I am not able to add custom button in this below grid ribbon(sharepoint associated view - yellow highlighted). Is there anyother way to achieve this functionality?
User needs to update custom col from CRM(Like - out of the box Edit properties feature)
Please assist if anyone faced tis type of requirement
You can edit the subgrid view of the sharepointdocument entity in Ribbon Workbench.
In my testing, I added a custom button /Open Bing Search/ to the subgrid view command bar.
Add a command for the button, then add an enable rule and add the enable rule to the command.
Enable Rule: Select at least one file record to display the custom button.
The final result is shown below.
When I don't select any records, the custom button is not displayed.
When I select at least one record, the custom button is displayed.
