When I first first shown this product, I was really impressed with the Attract and On-boarding function, I understand this is no longer available from 1 Feb 2020. Will the system still have an on-boarding function embedded, or would this all be wrapped up in LinkedIn? If it is embedded - is there a way I can see what this looks like on the web?

Dynamics 365 Human Resources (former CoreHR module) will still have functionalities for Onboarding, Offboarding and Transition. They are very useful, but not as attractive as the Onboarding application.
all the tasks in the Onboarding/Offboarding guides can be allocated to different employees and they will see them in the Employee Self Service or Tasks area.

As you said, Onboard and Attract are no longer part of the solution since Feb 2020 - only the clients who purchased this products before still have access till Feb 2022.
