    Hi Patrick,

Yes i have refereed this at very first, but do we not recommend that the AX client cannot access the AOS of different domain.

Consider giving IP as server name

hope you have checked that server IP is accessible across domain

ensure that you have created the user with beta.com domain

Please verify and update us with your findigns

    Hey Martin,

Thanks for your response. Both the domains are child domain of crazy.apac.com domain.

in my knowledge, the naming conventions are very much fine at every place.

    please guide me on same.

    Hi Nitesh,

Yes we can reach at either the domains(alfa.com/beta.com). The user is also created in beta.com. But when we access the AX client from beta.com domain, it gives an error.
