I have purchased a Dynamics 365 Guides and Dynamics 365 Remote Assist Attach license. However, I cannot assign the full license to a single user:
When I try to assign the Dynamics 365 Remote Assist Attach license, I get the following error message:
I want to use both Guides and Remote Assist on a HoloLens 2 device. I have followed the documentation and installed Guides on an environment on Power Apps Admin centre and can open the Guides app on my HoloLens. However, I can't start start or see any Teams contacts or make any calls. When I try to login with the user credentials on MS Teams desktop, I can login but am unable to access and use the Calander with the below error message:
When I try to create a policy on the Teams admin centre, I get the below error:
I was informed by a Microsoft sales associate that purchasing both the Guides and Remote Assist attach licenses would enable me to use both apps fully on my HoloLens, hence the reason I purchased.
Please guide me on how I assign the Remote Assist attach license and get Teams to work so I can make Teams calls using Guides / Remote Assist.
