How to enable Email Clients in the Preview and Test in Marketing Emails

Hi,

Could someone assist me with enabling the test and preview feature for email clients in the new D365 Customer Insights Journey environment? I'm having trouble accessing the Email Clients/Litmus section in the Marketing Emails, preview, and test tab.

    Hi,
     
    I'm using the Customer Insights -Journeys trial version, which only has the basic preview feature for emails.
     
    According to the official documentation, using the Advanced Preview feature requires Litmus to be enabled for the instance.

    However, enabling this feature is currently only supported for outbound marketing emails.
     
    Therefore, the feature you mentioned is only supported in outbound marketing emails.
