The number of records displayed in the Most Recent Records view in Dynamics 365 is controlled by an Out-of-the-Box (OOB) setting, but it is limited and not configurable via standard UI settings.
OOB Behaviour:
The Most Recent Records list (recently viewed records) typically shows a default maximum of 10 records.
This limit is not configurable via the UI or system settings.
Possible Workarounds:
Custom JavaScript or PCF Control (Advanced Approach)
You could use JavaScript or a PCF Control to override the UI behaviour and fetch more recent records dynamically.
Unfortunately, the OOB feature does not allow increasing the number of records shown in the Most Recent Records view.
