We have recently upgraded to Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018. Upgraded from 2015. The alignment of our checks has shifted. Can this be fixed? We are printing checks using HP LazerJet Pro printer. Please advise how we can correct the alignment.
We have recently upgraded to Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018. Upgraded from 2015. The alignment of our checks has shifted. Can this be fixed? We are printing checks using HP LazerJet Pro printer. Please advise how we can correct the alignment.
Check if the report layout is the same and the pre-printed form setting on the report properties.
Check if the printer drivers have changed.
