Opening balances for financial dimension is not appearing correctly.

The financial dimension set is not showing correct opening balances in Trial Balance.
Closing has been done for period April 2022 to March 2023.
When we try to generate a Trial Balance it doesnt show correct opening balance for April 2023.
For ex - 100090 has a department 000 which shows closing balance as /-50/.
 
When we filter the dates as April 2023, the opening balances get setoff for the main account and the one with department.
The closing balance should be brought forward as it is. But it setsoff with both 100090 account and brings forward the balance of only 5$.
 
I tried to perform rebuild and update balances but i didnt reflect any changes.

    The balance appears correctly when viewed at the summary level. However, discrepancies may arise when drilling down into the details. Clicking on the amount reveals all transactions posted for that account range, including segments.

    Did you select "Transfer balance sheet dimensions" in your close template?  It appears this might be the issue.
